Carbon Electrodes

Carbon electrodes supplied by GES-China are primarily used for industrial smelting operations.
Application include the smelting of silicon, yellow phosphorus, calcium carbide, ferroalloy, and aluminum. There are additional processes as well.
GES-China supplies carbon electrodes produced by libration molding, a method perfected and used by our producing partners..
Carbon electrodes usually have a larger diameter, bigger arc bandwidth, pitch arc stabilization and a greater smelting efficiency,than Graphite Electrodes, leading to larger yields and lower consumption of electricity for some of the listed applications.
